Changes in Workspace Email Pricing

As of October 1, 2014, the cost for email plans increased. We thought you'd like to know why we made this change.

We've made significant investments and improved areas you told us were most important to you, including:

  • Improved reliability — We've increased email reliability to 99.95 percent. That means downtime incidents are few and far between, so your email is running whenever you need it.
  • Faster — We've doubled email server capacity to increase the speed at which messages are delivered.
  • Better spam protection — We've improved filtering to reduce the unwanted clutter in your inbox. As a result, spam-related customer service calls have decreased by more than 50 percent.

Even with this price increase, Workspace email costs less than the per-mailbox price most competitors charge. And our 24/7 customer support and commitment to security are unrivaled.
