Set my business hours

If your business is not open 24 hours a day, you will want to set your business number to ring during work hours. When a call comes in after the specified times, it will be directed to your business voicemail, instead of your personal voicemail. You can set your business hours from your web browser or with the mobile app.

  1. Click the image that matches the method you would like to use to set your business hours:

Note: Before you can proceed, you need to make sure that you have downloaded the mobile app and have linked it to your smartphone. Please see Link my smartphone for more information.

  1. Open the SmartLine mobile app
  2. Log in to your GoDaddy account.
  3. Tap the Settings button (Android Settings on Android or iOS Settings for iOS).
  4. Under the Availability section, tap Business Hours.

  5. Select the time zone for you location.

  6. Note: The Time Zone setting will only apply to the business hours section. It will not change the time zone for any other timestamps displayed in the app.

  7. If you need to set hours for individual days (e.g., closed on Tuesday), then tap EDIT DAYS.

  8. Use the left slider to set the time you want to start receiving calls.

  9. Use the right slider to set the time you would like the calls to stop.

  10. If you are closed on a specific day, set both sliders to the same time.

  11. To keep your new business hour, press the Back button.
  12. Note: By tapping GROUP DAYS, your Monday hours will apply to all weekdays and Saturday's hours for the weekends.

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account and open your product. (Need help opening your product?)
  2. Under Setup, click the arrow next to Business Hours to view the options.

  3. Select the correct Time Zone for your area.

  4. Use the left slider to set the time you want to start receiving calls.

  5. Use the right slider to set the time you would like the calls to stop.

  6. If you will be closed on a specific day, click the Closed checkbox.

  7. Note: Once the Closed box is checked, the sliders will be removed for that day. They will return when the Closed box is unchecked.

  8. Click Save.
    Click save
